On June 23–24, the administrative team of the NGO “Dream Workshop”  held intensive strategic planning sessions.

Over these two days, the team dove deep into discussions surrounding internal processes, thoroughly analyzed individual roles and responsibilities, and outlined clear plans for the organization’s future. It was a time for vital discussions, aligning core values, and generating new ideas that will help “Dream Workshop” move forward even more effectively and confidently.
